Exhausted
I have sick in my skin. Just look at it, it doesn't look too good. Whenever I have sickness in my skin, I know that I'm probably exhausted.

When you're exhausted, your muscles are all probably worn out. Being this worn out, you can probably imagine that your body is all heated (ひ) up, from all the exercising.
