If your rib cage is suddenly kicked you'll probably want to express something. Anger or surprise, I'm guessing. At any rate a lot will get expressed on the surface of your face.

The only thing you can think to express is "Heyo" (ひょう)! Kind of a cross between "hey" and "yo." Like "heyo, stop it!" It doesn't really match the moment, but it's how you expressed yourself.
