When you hold out your fingers, a person — and then a second person — stomps them into the dirt, leaving you with a serious finger sprain. That wasn't very nice of either person, and now you feel awfully discouraged about things.

You show your sprain to a doctor, and he tells you to go see the Czar (ざ). In your country, only the Czar has the authority to treat a sprain of this severity.
