Under a canopy, there are two persons on the dirt. What do they do there? They sit. The people use the dirt under the canopy as a seat for their butts.

Who decided people have to sit like this? The Czar (ざ). The Czar wants to be above everyone, so he makes them sit on the dirt under canopies while he goes around on horseback or something, towering over them as they sit.
