Going Directly
Nonstop, Direct
verbal noun, noun
You proceed straight ahead to go somewhere because you're going directly there. You're making a nonstop, direct trip — no pitstops or detours.
直行 is commonly seen in transportation contexts, especially when talking about flights. It's also often used in business settings to describe traveling directly to a destination without making any stops, like visiting a client’s office straight from your home.
This is a jukugo word and uses the on'yomi readings of the kanji. The ちょく of 直 is shortened with a small っ, though, so make sure to take note of that.

これは、ニューヨーク直行のフライトですよ。

後でトイレに直行した。
I went straight to the toilet afterwards.
