影 uses a new かげ reading when it's a vocab word, so here's a mnemonic to help remember it:
Behind you, in your shadow, there's always a car gecko (かげ). Like, a gecko in a tiny car. This car gecko follows you around all day, hiding in your shadow. But you see him. Oh, you see him. What does the car gecko want? Is he stalking you, or does he just want you buy car insurance?
