When you feel disgust for someone all you can manage to say when you see them is, "Oh... (お), it's you." Feel the anger when you see their face, "Oh, you again. Bleh."

She looked at me with disgust, as usual.
ドラキュラはニンニクを嫌悪しています。
Dracula has an aversion to garlic.
