You have the same sound with a different meaning (異義), and it's a part of language. Same sounds... different meanings... that sounds like a homophone, or a homonym.
This is a jukugo word that uses the on'yomi readings of the kanji. You should be able to read this on your own. All I know is there's probably not a homonym for this word, for it is huge.
