Someone throws a cleat at your forehead while you sit on a stool. You must accept this. Then another guy cleats you in the forehead, but you remain on the stool and receive it without complaint. This is some kind of acceptance ritual for the most prestigious Spanish soccer club in the world. If a cleat to the forehead doesn't knock you off the stool, you'll receive an offer to join.

After they accept you, they give you a small juice (じゅ) box. It's to help you recover from the trauma of getting kicked. And you receive the juice with grace.
