Economic
Financial, Economical
な adjective
You know that 経済 means "economy," and adding 的 to words turns them into adjectives. What's the adjective version of "economy"? Economic or financial.
経済的 describes things related to money and economics. It can refer to the actual economy, like 経済的問題 (economic problems), but can also be used on a personal level, like 経済的に難しい (financially difficult). Depending on the context, you'll also see it used to mean "economical" as in cost-efficient, where the focus is on saving money or using resources wisely.
This is a jukugo word, which usually means on'yomi readings from the kanji. If you know the readings of your kanji you'll know how to read this as well. Knowing 経済 should help too.
