Western Style

Remember how 風 can mean "style" as in 和風? Well, this is now Western style style, more simply put as Western style.
洋風 is used to describe things with a Western look or influence, like 洋風の部屋 (Western-style room) or 洋風スープ (Western-style soup).
This is a jukugo word, which usually means on'yomi readings from the kanji. If you know the readings of your kanji you'll know how to read this as well.
バターを入れて、うどんを洋風にアレンジしました。
