You hopefully have seen the word 注文 (order, request). This is just the verb version: to order / to request.
This is just 注文 with する slapped on the end, so you should know how to read it already. If you forget which reading of 文 to use, just remember how you're going to order a monster (もん) online and get it shipped straight to your house.
