有職 is a formal word for saying that someone has a steady job, as opposed to 無職 (unemployed). You'll often see it in official writing like surveys or articles.
This is a jukugo word, which usually means on'yomi readings from the kanji. If you know the readings of your kanji you'll know how to read this as well.
私がインターネットで出会った男性は、三十代で有職ですが、バツイチ子持ちです。
