What location suits a situation the best? That always depends on the case or circumstance. You can't know the suitability of the location until you have all the facts about the circumstances.
This word uses the kun'yomi readings for both kanji. You didn't learn these readings with the kanji, so here's a mnemonic to help you out:
There are few cases where you want to baa (ば) while making eyes (あい) at someone. In the circumstance of a sheep looking for love, it may be acceptable, but in any other situation it's probably not appropriate behavior.
私の場合は、それでうまくいきました。
In my case, that worked out well for me.
この場合は、どうすればいいですか?
What should I do in this situation?
その場合はプロを呼んだ方がいいと思う。
I think in that case, it's better to call a professional.
