If you get there previous to something rotating (回り), you are arriving ahead, or going ahead in anticipation.
This consists of a couple kun'yomi readings put together. You can tell it's kun'yomi because of the hiragana sticking out at the end. In the previous level you learned both the words 先 and 回る (verb version of 回り). If you know those, you should be able to put them together to learn the reading of this word as well.
