A price tag is... a price tag!

This word combines the kun'yomi readings from the vocabulary words 値 (ね) and 札 (ふだ) to give us ねふだ. Since ね was the 値 vocab's secondary reading, here's a mnemonic to help you remember to use it here:

You're the kind of shopper who reacts to price tags by neighing (ね). Some people whistle, others curse, but you just neigh like a horse. You have different neighs for deals than you do for rip-offs, too. Try to imagine how you'd vary your neighs for different kinds of price tags.
