This radical looks like a hat with some legs under it. If all you can see is legs, the person wearing the hat must really be jammed in there. Have you ever tried to cram yourself into a hat so hard it covers your body? Yeah, didn't think so. But imagine how jammed in to that hat you'd be if you did.
