Horse
This radical looks like a horse. See the long, thick neck with the mane flowing to the right? What might look like a wing is actually the horse's four legs and its tail hanging down.
Don't confuse this radical with the bird radical (鳥). They look similar, but this one doesn't have the little feather sticking out of the top of its head!
