Face
This is the face radical, because it looks kind of like a face. See the flat brow on top? Imagine some eyes under it, a blocky nose in the middle, and some big ol’ cheeks on either side. It's a little bit square, but that's just what a face looks like when you take away the head and you're left with nothing but a face.
