Droopy
This is the droopy radical because it looks like a droopy ice cream cake on a stand. Melty goodness droops over the edge of each layer, and the whole top section is drooping toward the left like it's about to give in to gravity. Imagine how melted it must be for it to be so droopy… better eat it quick.
