Canine
This is the radical for canine, because it looks like a police dog — aka a K-9 — marching around on patrol. You can see its proud little head on the top right, its front legs below crossing as it walks, and a police vest labeled "K-9" strapped around its body. Evil-doers beware — this canine's gonna sniff you out and bring you to justice.
Alternately, you could see the F-shape on the left as a cheerful canine on its hind legs dancing with a drunkard, arm in arm as they sway along together. What a happy canine, dancing like that with a drunk person.
