This looks like the west radical with a little something extra under it… And if you ask for "a little something extra" in the Wild West, you're going to get a big ol' decanter of bourbon, moonshine, or some other kind of very strong alcohol — which happens to be exactly what this radical looks like! That extra line at the bottom is just the little bit of alcohol still left in the bottle.
