Extravagant
Dirt shifts direction in winter, and instead of the usual stuff it starts to grow shellfish that are very extravagant. These shellfish are so extravagant because they can only be grown in the dirt in winter (after the dirt has shifted "direction" and started sustaining shellfish instead of plants, that is).

To make this experience even more extravagant, you eat them with a zeiber (ぜい), a German saber. A fork is just too plain for these extravagant shellfish — you gotta use a zeiber for maximum extravagance.
