Freeze, Absorbed In
If you try to turn something into ice while having doubts, it will just congeal instead. It will freeze, but it will get kinda yucky too. Your doubts will affect the ice-making process, so try not to be so worried and unsure next time you want normal ice.
You always end up congealing your gyoza (ぎょう) this way. You want to freeze your leftover gyoza so you can enjoy it later, but you doubt it will turn out all right and it always congeals in a gross, half-frozen gyoza block. Yuck!
